Custom Manufacturing Services

The Rigid Boxes specializes in custom packaging solutions. Production begins only after the customer approves the final digital proof or physical sample.

Our manufacturing services include:

• Prototype development

• Printing

• Die-cutting

• Lamination

• Foil stamping

• Embossing and debossing

• Folding and gluing

• Assembly

• Shipping

No Minimum Order Quantity

We support businesses of all sizes by offering no minimum order quantity (MOQ).

Customers may order:

• Single-piece samples

• Short production runs

• Large-volume orders

Please note that some packaging styles, materials, printing methods, and finishes may only be available for higher quantities. Single-piece orders typically have a higher unit cost due to design, setup, proofing, and machine preparation.

Every quotation is customized based on your packaging requirements.

To receive an accurate quote, please provide:

Customer Measurements

All box dimensions should be provided as internal measurements in the following format:

Length × Width × Depth

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. If you need assistance with inserts, liners, or other packaging components, our team is happy to help.

Design & Artwork Requirements

Customers may submit their own production-ready artwork or request design assistance from our design team.

Submitted artwork should include:

• Approved design files

• High-resolution images

• Outlined or embedded fonts

• Correct color mode (CMYK or Pantone where applicable)

• Safe margins and bleed areas

• Pantone color references (if required)

• Final legal and product information

If necessary, minor technical adjustments may be made to prepare files for production.

Customer Approval

Before production begins, customers receive digital proofs or physical samples for review.

Final approval confirms acceptance of:

• Dimensions

• Dieline

• Box structure

• Artwork

• Text and spelling

• Colors

• Images

• Barcodes

• QR codes

• Warnings and regulatory content

• Product information

• Material

• Finishing

• Quantity

• Shipping details

Production starts only after receiving customer approval.

Proofs & Samples

We offer several proofing options, including:

• Digital proofs

• Structural samples

• Printed samples (upon request)

Samples help verify dimensions, structure, materials, colors, and finishes before mass production.

Minor differences between approved samples and final production may occur due to equipment, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Payment Terms

The Rigid Boxes accepts payments through approved payment gateways, credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank wire transfers, checks, cash deposits, and other authorized payment methods.

Production will begin only after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers are responsible for:

• Currency conversion fees

• Chargeback fees

• Customs duties

• Bank transaction charges

• Other payment-related costs

Production Schedule

Production begins after final proof approval.

Estimated production times are:

• Standard Orders: 8–10 business days (Free standard shipping)

• Rush Orders: 4–6 business days (Additional charges apply)

Production timelines may vary depending on order size, customization, and seasonal demand.

Order Changes

Customers may request modifications before production begins.

Order changes may result in:

• Updated pricing

• Additional proofing charges

• Material waste costs

Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

If cancellation is requested after production has started, The Rigid Boxes may deduct costs related to:

• Dies and plates

• Materials

• Manufacturing

• Payment processing

• Shipping

• Completed production work

Returns, Claims & Reprints

Because every order is custom manufactured, returns are not accepted due to changes of mind.

If your order contains manufacturing defects, printing errors, shipping damage, or incorrect items, you must notify us within three business days of delivery.

Approved claims may qualify for:

• Product replacement

• Reprint

• Refund (where applicable)

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the files and content they submit.

Customers are solely responsible for any intellectual property infringement.

Prohibited Content

The Rigid Boxes reserves the right to reject any order containing content that:

• Violates applicable laws

• Promotes fraud or illegal activities

• Misrepresents products

• Violates labeling regulations

• Creates safety risks

• Breaches import or export restrictions

Product Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring their products and packaging comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations.
