At The Rigid Boxes, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a transparent and hassle-free experience, we have established a clear return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Refund Time Frame

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 180 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.

Return Eligibility

A return or refund request may be approved if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:

• Products were damaged during shipping.

• Packaging arrived with manufacturing defects.

• Printing or production errors occurred.

• Incorrect products were delivered.

• The order was incomplete or missing items.

Since every order is custom-made according to the customer's approved design and specifications, we carefully review the approved artwork, order details, and production requirements before processing any claim.

Information Required for a Claim

To help us process your request quickly, please email support@therigidboxes.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• Reason for the claim

• Clear photos showing the issue

• Images of the damaged packaging, printing defects, product quantity, material, or structure (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, our support team will contact you with the next steps. Please do not return any products unless instructed by our team.

Return Shipping

If the issue is caused by our manufacturing or shipping process, The Rigid Boxes will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning the products.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned products, our quality assurance team will inspect the items to verify the claim. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are not the responsibility of The Rigid Boxes.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we are happy to assist. After inspecting and approving the returned products, we will begin the replacement production process.

Our customer support team will keep you informed about the estimated production and delivery timeline throughout the process.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once the manufacturing process has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded because all packaging is custom-made.
